📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
