📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deploy AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Monitor and maintain deployed AI models, ensuring they meet performance standards.
Work on projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
