Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department.,Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.,Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Participate in staff development and training programs.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and department operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.,Certification in healthcare administration or leadership is a plus.,Strong knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid nursing license and certification.
