• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations within shopping malls across Jakarta
• Negotiate lease agreements and retail space allocations with mall management and retail partners
• Develop and implement expansion strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
• Manage the end-to-end expansion process, including site selection, lease negotiations, and project execution
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, mall management, and other key stakeholders
• Leverage data analytics and market research tools to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail expansion, with a proven track record of success in securing prime retail locations
• Strong negotiation and lease negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of retail leasing dynamics
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficient in using data analytics and market research tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Excel
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Jakarta, including key shopping malls and market trends
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
