We're looking for a dynamic Operations & Growth Lead to join PT Mensteo Nova Group in Jakarta Selatan. In this part-time, remote role, you'll be instrumental in driving client acquisition and delivery for Jakarta's beauty businesses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead client acquisition strategies to grow our user base and revenue.
• Manage and optimize the delivery process to ensure seamless service for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or growth roles, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
• Proven track record of driving client acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
