📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical center.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Ensure the availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare administration or business management.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language(s).,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
