📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Promote and sell our range of beauty care products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to network with industry professionals.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
