📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the entire claims process from initiation to final resolution.
  • Review and assess claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet company deadlines.

  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on claims management procedures.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on claims performance and trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
