📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the company,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts,Prepare and process payroll for employees,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external use,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations,Experience in financial reporting and analysis
