📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Contribute to the development of technical writing standards and processes,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
