📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and serving drinks to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Recommend and prepare specialty cocktails and mocktails based on customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food and beverage handling.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and procedures.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with a variety of spirits, wines, and mixers.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local and international cocktail recipes is a plus.,Valid food handling certificate and IDR currency knowledge is a plus.
