📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide compassionate, high-quality palliative care to patients and their families, focusing on pain management and symptom control.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress, using electronic health records (EHR) like EPIC or Cerner.
• Educate patients and families on their condition, treatment options, and hospice care services.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a palliative care or hospice setting.
• Certification as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of palliative care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with electronic health record systems like EPIC or Cerner.
