📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Check-in and check-out guests, and process payments,Maintain accurate records of guest information,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
