Daily, you will manage financial records, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You will also work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax filings.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the management team.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasts, variance reports, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to financial reporting and control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles in a corporate environment.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
