📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability and growth of Saba Indomedika's operations in Bali.
Manage budgets and financial planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial policies.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with financial software such as SAP and Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
