📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and financial management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
