📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Assist in the development of recipes and cooking techniques.,Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
