📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss progress and address any concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.,Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients.,Represent the company at client events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide effective solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
