Mandiri Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of successful fleet coordination.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Oversee fuel management and cost control for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and staff.,Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
