📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of Shop Assistants to ensure smooth retail operations.
  • Assist in merchandising and stock management to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
