📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet the needs of the organization.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Monitor and ensure compliance with training and development policies and procedures.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP, or SHRM-CP) are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
