CV Oryza Duta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing a team and motivating staff to achieve sales targets.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
