📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement financial crime compliance programs and policies,Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements,Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals,Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies,Investigate and report suspicious activities and transactions,Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations,Provide training and guidance to employees on financial crime compliance issues,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with at least 5 years in a management role,Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial crime regulations,Experience in leading and managing a team of compliance professionals,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English,Certifications in financial crime compliance (e.g., Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified Financial Crime Specialist) are a plus
