In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate and property development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of real estate and property development projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, financial reports, and final project deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
