📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical facility,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care,Handle patient inquiries and complaints,Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical procedures,Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility,Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus
