As an Associate Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our production equipment, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. You will also work closely with our team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving production targets by implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of production data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to the team, assisting with equipment setup and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with SAP, LabVIEW, and PLC programming.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
