📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of our systems.
• Manage and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and monitoring data backup and recovery procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements to our systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and data management roles.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
• Experience with cloud-based systems, particularly AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of data security and backup procedures.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
