📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional concierge services, including arranging private tours, restaurant reservations, and spa treatments.
• Maintain and enhance guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide personalized guest assistance, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.
• Assist in inventory management and maintenance of housekeeping supplies.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve guest services and housekeeping processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or housekeeping roles in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Proficient in using housekeeping management software, such as Opera or IDeaS.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and services in Bali is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Valid ID card and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
