• Install, configure, and maintain retail and consumer product systems
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems

• Participate in on-call support rotations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support or a similar role
• Familiarity with retail and consumer product systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
