🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving customer retention and repeat orders.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) for motorcycle.
