Fleet Operations Administrator

As a Fleet Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure our vehicles are always on the road, safe, and compliant with regulations. You will use a combination of advanced software, such as Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS), to monitor and manage our fleet in real-time.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize the fleet of 500+ vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance using advanced software such as FMS and GPS.
- Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to schedule.
- Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
- Provide training and support to new drivers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
- Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using fleet management software such as FMS and GPS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
