📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess the effectiveness of government programs and policies using data-driven methodologies.
• Conduct evaluations and analyses to identify areas for improvement in public service delivery.
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of government initiatives.
• Provide actionable recommendations to local governments and stakeholders based on evaluation findings.
• Collaborate with local governments, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to ensure policy alignment with community needs.
• Prepare and present evaluation reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with best practices in government evaluation and public administration.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance evaluation skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government evaluation, policy analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with government evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local governance and development issues in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
