📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best houseware products at competitive prices.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the houseware industry.
• Collaborating with the retail team to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
• Analyzing sales data to identify best-selling and underperforming products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in buying, sourcing, or retail operations, preferably in the houseware industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of retail software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
