📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machinery and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and reduce waste through methods like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Monitor and analyze production data using software like SAP or similar ERP systems to track performance metrics and identify trends.
• Lead improvement projects, from concept to implementation, working with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
• Provide technical support to the production floor, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing optimization and process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering tools and software, such as SAP, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for site visits and meetings.
