📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of all assets.
Oversee the maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Conduct regular maintenance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Leverage data analytics and predictive maintenance techniques to drive decision-making and optimize maintenance operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between maintenance objectives and overall business goals.
Develop and train maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in advanced maintenance practices.
Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
Knowledge of industry-specific maintenance practices and standards is a plus.
