📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and answer questions about our coffee offerings.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers by keeping the shop tidy and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, drip, and pour-over techniques.
• Proficiency in using coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor notes.
• Certification in Barista training (e.g., SCA, WSC, or other recognized coffee certifications) is a plus.
