📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain MEP systems in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality facility management solutions.
• Develop and implement energy-efficient strategies to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP systems to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering and facilities management.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for all MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering and facilities management in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, P.Eng, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Bali.
